Topper Traders – Return & Refund Policy (Toppers & Frames)

Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your business. All of our toppers and frames are gently pre-loved, each with its own unique charm. We are very careful to describe every piece clearly and honestly so you know what you’re receiving and can shop confidently.

1. About Our Toppers & Frames
Since everything we offer is pre-loved, light signs of wear are normal and expected and are priced accordingly. (We do clean our frames and Toppers before they are shipped to you).

2. Refunds
We do not issue refunds except in exceptional situations, which we review individually with each buyer.
If you believe your topper or frame qualifies for a refund, please contact us with a description and photos of the issue.
Please note: Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
